Chocolate Tablet - 1000 Grams - 5x3 Pattern

The largest chocolate tablet in our lineup that can yield 1 kg of chocolate slab. It has a grid pattern that is 5 x 3,  that would allow for 15 breaks in the bar. Each break is square with tapered edges and a linear pattern on top. A great way to use up tempered chocolate you have in excess.
