When can I receive my order?

We arrange shipment for all orders within 1‑2 business days after checkout. Processing operations do not run on weekends, Monday‑Friday only.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic parcels are fulfilled via UPS courier service. Regular domestic delivery lasts 3‑7 business days.

International Shipping

We partner with DHL to dispatch all international‑bound orders.

International orders come with a standard delivery timeframe of 4‑21 business days.

Please be advised that extended transit may happen for international parcels. Customs formalities often result in variable delivery speeds.

Preppy Prodigy will not cover any customs‑related costs or import fees generated by international delivery.
